School Sound & PA Systems

Design & Installation of school sound & PA systems into halls and classrooms

School Sound Systems

We specialise in installing high-quality sound and PA systems for schools and colleges. Our reliable, easy-to-use systems are designed for school halls, performance spaces, classrooms and sports areas, ensuring clear audio for full theatre quality performances or smaller systems for announcements, events, and emergencies. Each solution is tailored to your school’s needs, budget, and layout, with minimal disruption during installation. Having installed PA & sound systems to many schools we also provide on-site training to give you the skills to get the best out of it. A properly installed sound and PA system when integrated throughout the school can also greatly improve daily communication and engagement.

School Sound System Installation

Sound systems that are installed into school halls and theatres are often fitted either side of the stage to the walls or mounted to lighting bars or ceiling joists. It’s important to position the speakers in the hall so that as much of the direct sound is aimed at the audience and keep the reflected sound to a minimum. In large school halls & theatres one can install additional speakers to improve the coverage of the sound system. These are often referred to as delay speakers as the sound coming from them is delayed to ensure it is in sync with the main speaker system.

Do I need a School PA System or School Sound System

Put simply PA stands for Public address and is normally referred to as a system installed for speech reinforcement and background music. Normally a PA system does not need to be as full sounding as a system designed to be used in the school hall, theatre or drama room. A PA system is often installed into school corridors, classrooms and offices. If you wish to make announcements or play music outside we can install weatherproof PA speakers and horns.

Portable Sound Systems

These are great if you are unable to install a permanent sound system due to cost or listed building restrictions or simply wish to be able to use the sound system in various locations. We provide portable speaker systems ranging from battery powered single mic systems through to full range, portable sound systems including bass bins with multiple mic inputs for both announcements and music performances.

We offer a range of range of PA and sound systems for schools to perfectly match your individual needs. We sell all ranges of wall, pendant and ceiling mounted speakers along with portable sound systems and individual sound equipment such as mics, mixers, amps etc.

Over the years we have installed many different PA and sound systems into schools up and down the county and you read some of our case studies here
